Waiver of Rights: You acknowledge that once the digital delivery has commenced, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and are no longer eligible for a refund for “change of mind” or “accidental purchase.”

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued strictly under the following limited circumstances:

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds if:

Your device fails to meet the technical requirements stated on the product page.

The purchase was made by a minor (our minimum age requirement is 18).
