The Fulfillment Logic: Order Placement → Payment Verification → Automated Digital Dispatch → Transaction Completion.

Completion Status: A transaction is legally considered “fulfilled” the moment the digital access link or file is generated and sent to the customer’s verified email.

2. Delivery Method (No Physical Shipping)
Our products are virtual; therefore, no physical shipping is required, and no tracking numbers will be provided.

Email Delivery: A secure download link will be dispatched immediately to the email provided at checkout. Please ensure eliminated@blockbarkblitz.com is whitelisted to prevent filtering.

Direct Access: Following a successful Stripe transaction, an “Order Confirmation” page with a direct download button will be displayed.

3. Statutory Waiver of Cancellation Rights (UK/EU Compliance)
Pursuant to U.S. and U.K. Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (regarding digital content):

Express Consent: By proceeding with the purchase and accessing the digital download, you provide your express consent to begin the performance of the contract immediately.

Waiver: You explicitly acknowledge that once the digital delivery process has commenced, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and your right to a “no-reason” refund. All sales of pre-made digital assets are final.

To ensure security and resolve potential delivery disputes, BlockBarkBlitz maintains secure internal logs that record:

The precise timestamp of digital dispatch.

The IP address used to access or trigger the download link.
These logs serve as definitive Proof of Delivery (PoD) for payment processors, security audits, and dispute resolution.

5. Technical Support
If you do not receive your digital assets within 10 minutes of payment:

Check your Spam/Junk folder.

Ensure your payment was not flagged for security review.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing
